If you send it direct to me (as long as it's under 10MB) I can add it  
to the automation system.

If someone else takes care of this, we should probably give this PSA  
special extra billing - make sure it airs at least once an hour, or  
more. I'd suggest we not add the file to the PSAs folder, but instead  
put it in another folder and add a special event to Zara to deal with  
it.

When we're adding the benefit PSA to the system, we should also remove  
the existing, out-of-date, plea for general support for the tower fund  
from the 'current PSAs' list.
