[rfu-automation] Re: rfu-automation Digest, Vol 31, Issue 3

OK, the PSA is in the system. It should play shortly after 20 minutes  
past the hour, every hour except for 2-4pm (Radio Bilingue). For  
5-6pm, the fact that we have 1 hour shows most days will probably mean  
it will not be played.
