[rfu-automation] PSA submission

The notice below was submitted to the main list. Can someone process  
it and/or get in touch with the author about the submission process.

One thing to note: as phrased it includes a 'call to action' which  
will need to be removed from the final text. So "come see" needs to be  
changed so the notice *suggests* coming to the IMC, rather than  
telling people to come.....
