[rfu-automation] Unity March PSA

[Stephen Fonzo]

To my knowledge, no one specifically has been taking care of this.  Do we
have a list of active Automation members, just so we know who is around and
interested in these issues?  I have no idea whether the pool is very small
or only slightly small.
