[rfu-automation] Re: show not airing in automation

I have looked at the ZaraRadio Event Schedule and do not see an event for
Mixx-Vibez in the schedule.  I see that Vince saved a copy of his
pre-recorded show to the G: ["Content"] drive, and that he saved a Zara
event for Jan 4 2009, but there is not an actual event in the schedule.
Perhaps someone removed it; otherwise, I recommend reviewing the Automation
Manual, next to the computer in the Production Room.

Here are the steps in short:

You'll need to
1) open the Event Schedule (small clock icon)
2) Click "New..." at bottom of screen to create new event
3) select the date and time to air and when the event will expire (make sure
the date and AM/PM are correct)
4) Under "File..." select "Browse" to direct Zara to your pre-recorded show
file
5) Use High Priority and Immediate, select the day of the week, and hit OK
6) Hit "OK" on the main screen, and you will return to the Zara panel
7) Save changes
