[rfu-automation] mirror audio PSA's on website?

The pre-recorded PSA's we have in automation are now attached and
listed at the bottom of the current PSA's page
(http://www.wrfu.net/psa/current).  In stock:

Human Papillomavirus (evergreen)
Marijuana Policy Project (evergreen)
Medical Marijuana (evergreen)
Hope Community Health Center
Community Shares (evergreen)
Odyssey Project
Digital Cable (unnecessary at this point?)
RFU Tower Fund (out of date)

I had to use attachments because the audio upload isn't working at all
for me, due to missing id3 modules, which looks like someone needs to
install on the server sometime...
