[rfu-membership] Updated Lists of Renewed and NOT YET Renewed Shows

So I've finally found a partner to form a working group with. I'll be
joining with Adam Vogel to make a programming group. So Civil Music
should be in the clear now.

So please list Adam and me on the same group.
