[rfu-membership] membership form and membership list

imo if the imc-finance group is going to take care of making a improved
imc membership form we should do this.  this makes it easier for us and
the bookkeeper to have a single for as well.  i dont think we need
seperate copies of wrfu membership forms any more than we need a single
form that says clearly that $20 is for wrfu.  all we need from the
bookkeeper is notice everytime she receives a new wrfu membership
payment (for our database).  this is something we can arrange with the
imc-finance group.
