My memory is that this has been an issue that has come up repeatedly on 
Tuesday mornings. We're actually trying to retain the tenant next to the 
studio at this very time, as he has complained about this issue -- 
rightfully so -- on a number of previous occasions.

At one point, I posted notices about keeping the monitors at a 
reasonable level during business hours. To add to that, no one should 
leave the studio after their show _at any time_ with the monitors set at 
any level other than very moderate listening levels. This is both as a 
courtesy to the next people to use the studio, as well as to prevent 
issues with tenants in the building.
