[rfu-membership] open time slot Wed nights

Chilled Beats just sent a note saying that they will not be broadcasting anymore. We are sorry to see them go.  What this means for the station is an open time slot on Wed evenings 10-midnight.  This will be open to existing shows for three days and then for any new shows if not taken.
