[rfu-membership] Civil Music slot extension request

I would like to extend my show from 1 hour to two hours, from 10pm to
midnight on Tuesdays.

Right now, I am a ghost member of Anna's programming group, and she is
a ghost on mine.

I forget what the max amount of time that a group can have, but if I
extend my show, we would have 3 continuous hours, if you count us a
one programming group.

Would I be able to have the 2 hour timeslot?
