[rfu-membership] Training tonight

Turns out we'll have a 10th trainee (Joe Futrelle just snagged the  
10th spot) but I'm sure we can work with what's there for this evening.

I'm working through the current draft at the moment, so we may have a  
minor revision before the weekend (finding little to change so far).  
Had hoped to get to this earlier, but it's been a busy day....
