[rfu-membership] Open time slot on Monday

Ann Sibley has given notice that she will just be continuing one of her shows, Heads Up for this year.  This means that we have an open time slot on Mondays 12pm-2pm .
 
This slot is open for any existing show for three days, if anyone wants to move into it.  After that it is open to anyone who wants it.
