[rfu-membership] three open time slots

Back in the Day Tuesday 11pm to 12 am
Daughters of Eve  Saturday 11am to 12 pm
Sabaar Nuur Saturday 9-11 am
 
These three shows have been on summer hiatus.  Since we have not heard that they are returning, their time slots are being opened.  These slots are open to existing shows for three days and are then open to new shows.
