[rfu-membership] Clarification Re: RFU backpage

More specific instructions on creating an account for the backpage:

Go to http://rfu.backpage.ucimc.org/

Click on "Log in" in upper right corner of page

Click on "Create an account" tab

Enter information

Select "Join Radio Free Urbana" under Groups

Voila!
