[Rfu-station] Another Reminder about a FCC/IMC/Station Rule

Evidence was found in the studio this morning that indicates the
likelihood that someone had consumed alcoholic beverages in the studio.

Or maybe people are drinking elsewhere and just brought the evidence in
to leave in the studio? I doubt that.

I mentioned this issue recently in another email that covered several
topics, so I'll remind everyone specifically about this again. And I
will tell you what will happen if you break this rule.

FCC, IMC and station rules all PROHIBIT the consumption of alcoholic
beverages in the station space.

IMC rules currently prohibit use of alcoholic beverages in the IMC,
unless at an event _specifically authorized_ by the IMC Steering group
to allow BYOB. Please note that such a temporary authorization by the
Steering Group will NEVER allow taking such beverages into the studio at
any time.

So you've been warned. Be advised.

A confirmed report or observation of use of alcoholic beverages in the
studio will lead to immediate, _permanent_ cancellation of your
programming group's show.
Sincerely,
Mike Lehman
