[Rfu-station] Lock Combination Changes

The old Staff room combination now works temporarily for the new lock on 
the Production room. This allows continued access to the Production room.

Please sign the email list on the Production room door for updates. The 
old Staff combination will be replaced by new combinations as the 
Production room revival continues. These changes will be announced via 
the Production room email list that will begin with the signup list on 
the Production room door.

For RFU access to the automation computer and station public files, I 
will keep people updated as things proceed.

An extension phone will be added to the Production room (and possibly 
other places), probably on Sunday.
