[Rfu-station] Forms reminder

At the February meeting a proposal for the use of a new set of forms to maintain membership information was adopted.  These new forms are located in the studio. All members and programming groups are requested to fill out the new forms and turn them in.  A box for turning in has been provided in the studio.  If a programming group has two shows, please fill out a show form for each one.
   
  The Training Form asks that you sign a statement agreeing to abide by policies in the training manual.  If you do not remember these, please review your manual.
