Yes, the edited letter looks good.  But do fix the typo
"possible a forester" -> "possibly a forester".

The new affidavit text also looks fine, but we should make sure
that John McM. approves it.

I think it's a good idea if some of us can meet IP in B-N
ahead of time.  The more we can learn from them about their
plans for a new tariff, the better.
