Jim,

I understand what you are saying about Kyra and am open to 
suggestions.  John M is not available and we should have a strong 
willed and intelligent member going with me.  Suggestions?

As far as John it was to give a legal perspective on where we are at. 
And where we need to go.

Someone needs to moderate it and that seem to fall to me.  I cannot 
be a speaker and the moderator at the same time.

Suggestions for solution to this?

I will also include the rest of the Excom in this so that they can also comment
