Yes we can approach him as individuals.

My opinion is we do want to have a way to prevent IP from overriding 
local control as their original Tariff would have.  Thus we do Not 
want this bill to die.

With the coverage this issue has gotten I would be surprised if HB 1776 dies.

Modifications to this bill to provide local grievance and broader 
notifications are components we can ask for.


I have sent the bill to the legal committee for recommendations.
