[Trees-executive] meeting to discuss Rutherford meeting with John

John McMahon has just gotten back from the Rutherford meeting in 
Springfield. He'd like to give the executive committee a run-down on 
what happened at today's meeting and what next steps we'll need to 
take, specifically, what next steps to take for the next Rutherford 
meeting on the next day, Tuesday.

Please meet at 7:30 Monday, April 30 at John's law office (Wilke & 
McMahon) at 8 Main St in downtown Champaign.
