Below is draft letter to IPCUTSOT members.  Please read and let me know any
comments you have.

I think we also need to have a "planning the 4th" and miscellaneous meeting
to plan what we're doing next and prepare for the parade.  Would it be
possible to have a meeting next week sometime.  I'll be gone the week of
June 24-29.
