Personally, I don't think we need to concentrate on this right now.
Defeating the tariff is more important.  After the verdict on the tariff,
I would be more inclined to do something about this.

If we lose and the tariff goes through, alder(wo)men will be jumping on
the underground power lines bandwagon if they think it will save their
constituents' trees.  Even if we win, I think they will still be
interested since I doubt IP is going to be satisfied until they get what
they want.
