************Greater Community AIDS Project*******************

The VIP health needs project has recently begun working with 
GCAP in hopes of promoting health among those afflicted with 
AIDS, as well as there family and friends. GCAP has a huge 
event coming up at the end of April called Artists Against 
AIDS. It is an art auction that sends the proceeds to GCAP. 
It promises to be both an amazing event. 

VIP wants to help. So we are going to be volunteering before 
and after the event to help organize it. So come out and get 
involved. Below is a list of all of the dates and times 
volunteers are still needed. Email me at nassin at uiuc.edu if 
you would like to participate.

Here are all the dates and times available to volunteer for 
Artists Against 
AIDS:
-Saturday, April 9 from 10 am to 3 pm (5-10 volunteers), 
cleaning and set up
-Sunday, April 10 from 10 am to approx. 1 pm (6 volunteers), 
unloading 
display units, etc.
-Saturday, April 16 from 4-9 pm for organizing the art being 
dropped off (4 volunteers)
-Sunday, April 17 from 4-9 pm for organizing the art being 
dropped off (4 volunteers)
-Monday, April 18 from 4-9 pm for organizing the art being 
dropped off (4 volunteers)
-Wednesday, April 27 from 5:30-9 pm for the artists pay-out 
(4 volunteers)
--Thursday, April 28 from 5-7 pm for loading out the display 
units (5-10 volunteers)
-Friday, April 29 from 1-4 pm cleaning of the Gallery (5-10 
volunteers)

**Volunteers are encouraged to wear sturdy, close toed shoes 
for cleaning, 
set up, moving etc.  If any volunteers have work/gardening 
gloves, they are 
urged to bring them.  We will provide water and snacks.
