VIP: Senior Citizens This Week's Volunteering

[VIP Senior Citizens]

Hey Volunteers,

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  Due to the increased interest in our
project, we are going to need to start RSVP'ing for our weekly trips to
play Bingo.  So here is how it is going to work:

If you CANNOT come, then disregard the weekly email and you do not need to
reply.
If you CAN come, then you need to reply to the message that you will be
attending and depending on how many seats we have in the car it will be
first come first serve.  Once I get your RSVP I will let you know if we
have room for you to come that week.  (However, if you have your own form
of transportation, please feel free to meet us at Prairie Winds.)

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes and please let me know if you have
any questions.

Finally, here is the plan for this week:
Thursday, 9/19  Bingo at Prairie Winds, Union Circle Drive at *6:30pm*
