1.  Interested in triathlons? Come help out the Champaign Park District!!!! 
Volunteers are needed to monitor the race course, help ensure safety of riders 
and runners along the course, keep bike corral secure, and pass out water to 
race participants. Volunteers are needed this Saturday, Aug 2 (6:30am - 
12:00pm). Contact Kristi Bolton at (217) 398-2550 for more information.

2.  Salvation Army is need of volunteers.  Come help sort out incoming 
shipments of donated goods with a group of friends.  Contact Linda Shin for 
more information at 373-5014.

3. Volunteers are sought for special projects at the Pavilion School. They 
need volunteers who would like to teach a special skill, on occasion, to our 
students. We are open to suggestions but are thinking in terms of teaching 
basic bowling skills, art projects, music performances, cultural diversity 
activities, job skills you would like to share, i.e., running a restaurant, 
construction, medical field.
