[Bikecoop-announce] Bike Project weather closings

Hello everyone,

In case you haven't heard, experts have predicted a considerable amount of
snow and ice for our area (I've heard the storm called ThunderSnow,
Snowpocalypse, Snowmageddon, and Snowtorious B.I.G.).  The Bike Project *will
be closed* for the following shifts:

- Campus Bike Project: Tuesday Feb 1
- Urbana IMC Bike Project: Wednesday Feb 2
