[cgfc] Intro to Vegetarian Cooking Class, Tuesdays in October

Pass the word to any coop member who might be interested in a class that
is a basic introduction to vegetarian cooking to be offered soon at the
coop tuesday nights throughout October.  Carl Reisman and Jan Kalmar will
be the facilitators, beginning with what's essential in a kitchen, how to
use and care for knives and pans, unveiling the mysteries of coop
products, to how to make some basic meals. Classes will run from 6:30 to
8:00pm at a cost of $20 to be paid the first class. Any questions call Jan
