Greetings co-op members,

Conflict resolution, facilitation, and mediation are all
integral to the way people interact with each other in groups, and yet
we very rarely make a concerted effort to learn how to do these things
_better_. Co-op members Karina Lepeley and Beth Simpson of Liberation
Education are providing a great opportunity to learn how to work
better in groups. Please consider taking part; if our co-op (and
other groups like it) want to continue to grow and provide
alternatives to our community, we need to actively learn how to work
more effectively together, and understanding conflict is a big step
forward in that journey.

The information on the training is provided below.

				Peace,

conflict. You can learn how to respond to it
creatively. Conflict is a great opportunity for

Individuals who wish to expand their ability to
understand and respond to interpersonal conflict
Members of community groups (co-ops, clubs, parents,
