Hello,

This Monday, 2/28/05, Campus Vegetarian Society is presenting 
a free vegan soul food dinner at 7pm in the Trelease Lounge 
of FAR (directions are at the end of this email).  Our new 
president Shakela is a chef from Chicago's Soul Vegetarian 
restaurant, and she has an impressive multi-course meal 
planned to celebrate her birthday, Black History Month, and 
vegetarian awareness.  The event is free and open to 
everyone, so this is an excellent opportunity to see how good 
vegan soul food can be!  No reservations are necessary, but 
if you know you're coming it would be helpful to tell us so 
we know how much food to make.  Please email 
srichar3 at uiuc.edu to rsvp, for more information, or if you'd 
like to help cook.

DIRECTIONS:
Trelease is on the NW corner of Florida (Kirby) and Lincoln 
in Urbana.  To get there from the north, take Lincoln avenue 
south and turn right on college court (just before florida).  
It's the first building on your left.
