[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Configuration Complete (QS) (#83)

I need language on this page for when a user has changed their admin password (which will not show up) to let them know that this was successful.

I also need to know the format that you would like the page to have.

This page currently shows each changed item as such:
UCI_FILE_NAME.SECTION_NAME
UCI_FILE_NAME.SECTION_NAME.OPTION1 = NEW_VALUE
UCI_FILE_NAME.SECTION_NAME.OPTION2 = NEW_VALUE

UCI_FILE_NAME.SECTION_NAME2
UCI_FILE_NAME.SECTION_NAME2.OPTION1 = NEW_VALUE
UCI_FILE_NAME.SECTION_NAME2.OPTION2 = NEW_VALUE

changed/new values are highlighted in green. deleted values are highlighted in red.
