[Commotion-admin] [commotion-debug-helper] moved debugger into the status menu (#9)

The file '/usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/commotion-debug-helper/debugger.lua' contains an invalid module line.
Please verify whether the module name is set to 'luci.controller.commotion-debug-helper.debugger' - It must correspond to the file path!
