[Commotion-admin] [commotion-mesh-applet] Merge Decompose branch back into Master (#17)

The latest version of this branch now also addresses https://github.com/opentechinstitute/commotion-linux-py/issues/2. So please also confirm that a standard application launcher icon now exists for the mesh applet (it should be accessible from the Unity and Gnome launchers, at the very least).
