[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Dns override (#109)

Tested a build with this branch, resulting in the following:
1. Adding two DNS server IPs separated by spaces works fine. Changes applied in /etc/config/network
2. Adding IPs comma separated throws an error, but the IPs with the comma are still saved and applied
3. Clearing the value in the DNS servers field, saving and applying, does apply the change to /etc/config/network

#2 should be fixed before merging
