[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] manual mesh config excludes 5ghz (#25)

Looks like `protocol = uci.get("wireless", "wifi-device", "hwmode")` returns nil, as does `uci.get("wireless")`, even though `uci show wireless` returns good data on the command line.
