[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] manual mesh config excludes 5ghz (#25)

Should it be uci.get("wireless", "wifi-device", "hwmode"), or uci.get("wireless", "radio0", "hwmode")? I.e., is it really asking for the type of the section, or the name of the section?
