[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] manual mesh config excludes 5ghz (#25)

You can call types (see https://github.com/opentechinstitute/luci-commotion/blob/dns-override/luasrc/model/cbi/commotion/meshconfig.lua#L70), but the `get("wireless")` test call should work regardless. Looking at the dns example, it looks like L37 should actually read `uci:get`. Off to test :)
