[Commotion-admin] [commotion-apps] Avahi mDNS TXT records have a limit of 255 chars (#18)

This can be fixed either by imposing a limit in the web interface for adding a service, or possibly once commotion-service-manager replaces avahi-daemon, the limit could be removed or increased to 65535 chars (spec limit).
