[Commotion-admin] [commotion-dashboard-helper] Standardize dashboard output format to be less specific to OLSRd (#5)

Since we may not always be using OLSRd alone in the future, we should standardize around what JSON we're using to send reporting data so that it's not so specific to OLSRd jsoninfo.
