[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Extend ad-hoc security via symmetric keys (#26)

If I'm properly understanding this issue, this pertains to the link-encryption that we use. However, IBSS-RSN (which we use for link encryption, not WEP) already exchanges symmetric keys between adjacent devices. At layers above link-level, we use Serval, which uses a different crypto scheme. Therefore, I don't think that this suggestion is relevant to our current setup.
