[Commotion-admin] [commotion-android] Current meshtether build hangs on Acquiring Wifi Lock (#22)

Occurred as of github revision 8b739f6f1bdfb80622cf5f4a2e4770bd887a13bf, with Eclipse 3.7.2, android-ndk-r8, openjdk6, and commotion-android submodules updated to current versions as of this writing.

Confirmed by @areynold on a Motorola Atrix 4G running stock/rooted v2.3.6.
