[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-quickstart] Add client side input validation to quickstart fields (#52)

If not already there, fields accepting values for PSK encryption keys need
to enforce minimum key length (ie 8 chars).  Writing too-short PSK values
to /etc/config/wireless can cause all wifi interfaces to disappear silently.
