[Commotion-admin] [commotion-quick-start] Edits to HTTPS cert tutorial (#31)

I know this is a pain, but these need to be split into separate issues and given much more specific detail. This is unfortunately the kind of extremely general issue often found in our Redmine install that makes it completely impossible to assign or mark complete. Also, something like "Review text for typos" is not a good issue. Asking for specific fixes for specific typos is a good issue. Sorry to be a stickler; I just want to make sure we're thinking in terms of finite, individual tasks that a given dev can pick up without needing a lot of context, not just because they might not have that context but also because we've forgotten the context of discussions around issues over time.
