[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Add luci and quickstart support for security profiles (#23)

Allow users to choose from high, medium, and low security configuration profiles, a la IE's preferences. Profiles would determine node defaults, such as disabling SSH and OLSRd access, disallowing HTTP for HTTPS, having the device create or derive new mDNS app / serval signing keys and strengthening the firewall rules to limit access between the mesh backend network and the user network.
