[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Create a hotplug script to ensure that 'thisnode' matches AP's IP address (#34)

1. Check to see if the type of interface being configured is an access point 
1a. Exit if interface is not an access point
2. Get IP address of interface
3. Make sure 'thisnode' alias in /etc/hosts points to AP's IP address
3a. Update entry if 'thisnode' exists
3b. Create entry if 'thisnode' does not exist

Hotplug script should run late in config
