[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Create a hotplug script to ensure that 'thisnode' matches AP's IP address (#34)

Basic script in thisnode-hotplug branch. Relies on commotiond. As of da94790166a71e981002e4e7c05380c4bf9718fe, can't find interface during execution but works from command line.
