[Commotion-admin] [commotion-apps] Service advertisement/discovery mechanisms aren't synching (#17)

"Could not get local addressSAS request failed" <-- It's having a problem communicating with Serval. I bet if you run 'servald id self', you'll get an error. Try /etc/init.d/servald stop && /etc/init.d/servald start and try again.
