[Commotion-admin] [commotion-apps] Service advertisement/discovery mechanisms aren't synching (#17)

Serval had indeed died on one of the nodes, and restarting it did at
least change the emitted error message to one including the line:
Usage: serval-verify [OPTION...]

So it looks like we're not pulling in the latest version of
serval-crypto after all.  Andrew also just independently discovered
that we've been building against serval-batphone--0.9.0, rather than
serval-batphone-0.9.1.  Is this latter version indeed the correct one?
