[Commotion-admin] [Tidepools-Mobile] Date picker not working in is4cwn branch (#3)

Let's you, me, and glamrock keep working on it.

is4cwn branch is partially working from eb4938bf16a83c1914b4ea8a35f139350cac2f23 through 55d924df0ff3d688dff733713bbf3119921544eb in that the new event form is accessible but does not have a working date picker.

Commit c15ce97c399b2caee202ef632a81a54a9a8f1958 breaks the menu system entirely.
